What is Odyssey?
 
Using a proprietary technology to infuse CBD essential oil,
Odyssey Aromas is a new candle line that provides unique holistic benefits. After significant testing, we have combined the best of coconut soy wax, hypoallergenic fragrances, and CBD (Cannabidiol) essential oils to create premium aroma & massage therapy candle. The olfactory receptors in your nose pick up on the CBD molecules to help reduce anxiety, soothe headaches, and help you sleep. You can also use the scallop shell to take the warm wax and massage into the skin to reduce inflammation & help with pain points.
Odyssey Aromas is an assumed name (DBA) of Emerald Aura LLC. 
  
What products do you sell? 
 
We have three signature candles, each with their own scent and collectable, hand-carved wooden bowl — Aglaea, Euphrosyne, and Thalia. Inspired by The Three Graces, the three daughters of Zeus, each of whom is described as being able to bestow particular gifts on humanity. All candles come in a natural cotton pouch, and comes with a scallop shell to anoint the warm oils onto the body.
 
Where can I buy Odyssey Aroma products? 
 
Odyssey products are available here at odysseyaromas.com and exclusive retail locations. 
 
 
Are your products and packaging sustainable? 
 
Yes! Each of our candles are designed to become part of your voyage. The wooden bowl is hand-carved and then hand-filled with only premium oils for clean burning. Once finished with the candle, you may repurpose it into your everyday life. 
 
 
PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
 
What payment forms do you accept? 
 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.)
 
 
Do you accept gift cards? 
 
We currently do not accept gift cards as a form of payment.
 
 
Where do you ship your products?
We only ship within the contiguous United States.
Due to local regulation, Odyssey is not available to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Maine, New York, North Carolina, and Ohio.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?  
 

Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed same day.

Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 
Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States. 
 
 
Do you ship internationally? 
 
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Can I cancel or edit my order? 
 
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hello@myemeraldaura.com

How can I check the status of my order? 
 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email hello@myemeraldaura.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

Our candles are hand- carved & hand-poured in Texas.
 
  
What are your candles made of? 
 
Nette candle wax is a blend of coconut wax, soy wax, and premium cannabidiol (CBD) oil.

Do you offer a sampling program?
